I have used the life maid for a deep cleaning. The ladies were nice but it wasn't a deep cleaning. I sent some photos but nobody called me, even though they told me they will before charging me.I have to clean after in certain areas. They finished 15 minutes early but the company still charged me full amount. NOT worth your money. The company is in Philippine and hire people to do the job. I received a discount for the work done. The office was responsive.
A rushed job. 2 people cleaning a 1000sq ft apartment for 2.5 hours should leave an impeccable result. While I appreciate that you lined up our fridge magnets in a neat row, I would have preferred spot free mirrors, shower doors and light switches. It is disappointing to return home after paying for someone to clean your apartment only to find that the 'professionals' did a worse job then I could have done in half the time.
I will NEVER use Life Maid Easy again. I would have given them 0 stars if I could. I hired them for a move in clean and I have zero good things to say about it. The two workers spent their time standing around and socializing. Then they had the audacity to call their manager and tell their manager they needed more time to clean my house. I watched them clean the hardwood floors and they just pushed the dirt around. They didn't rinse or change the mop head once as they cleaned 900 sq ft of floors. I mopped the floors myself twice after they left and the water was BLACK. They broke my blinds and a kitchen cupboard while cleaning. I was promised over and over again that a manager would be calling me to rectify the situation. Over a week after my cleaning, and after 3 different phone calls, and speaking to 5 different managers/ customer service reps, I FINALLY spoke to a manager and said I wanted a full refund... because not only do i have to clean my own home after a "cleaning company" did it, but I also have to repair damage that was not there in the first place. I will NEVER be hiring Life Maid Easy again.
Absolutely terrible experience with Life Made Easy! Booked an initial clean with them to clean our home. They called us less than 24 hours before our appointment to cancel because one of the team members was sick. The next day while on a work call, I repeatedly receive calls from them followed by text messages from 2 different people. I call back and they ask if they can come an hour earlier.... to an appointment they had cancelled on us. I notify them we are no longer prepared to have them today—they said they weren't coming so we didn't tidy and arrange daycare for our dog. They repeatedly keep asking if they can come earlier or come now after I notify them they cannot come today anymore. The person I'm speaking to says 'it's not his job to run the entire company' and offers no apology for the confusion and doesn't address the reality that they called us to cancel the appointment. Clearly a very disorganized company and complete lack of customer service.
If you are looking for a very professional company, this is the one for you. First thing is you have to book a consultation to go over what you are looking for so you can be directed to the right service. Pia was the person I talked to and she was SO helpful. The 2 cleaners that were sent were on time and came prepared, they started the job right away. When I came back, the place was in mint condition and smelled amazing. I used Life Maid Easy for a moving out cleaning but will refer this to anyone looking for an excellent cleaning experience. Thanks again to the team who came to my place!
